- To provide technical support to clients on products & services.
- To troubleshoot clients problems related to products & services.
- To troubleshoot Windows 2003/2008/Linux Servers & Web Applications.
- To setup, monitor and ensure all servers are working at optimum performance.
- To attend to clients support queries via Helpdesk on technical related issues.
-To manage and perform servers maintenance at data center.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess knowledge & at least 2-3 years of working experience in Windows & Linux servers troubleshooting, problem diagnosing & recovery.
- Minimum 1 year experience in hosting industry and knowledge in Cpanel, Helm, DotNetPanel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Full-Time positions available.
